Where to start? You may find that you are surfing MLS.ca or other real estate sites because you don't want to commit to  or "bug" a realtor because you are not quite sure yet if you are buying or not. When you work with me, you can take your time if you need to. Some people find a house in an afternoon, others take a month or so. Nothing is set in stone and we will work together and adhere to your timeline. I'm happy to give you a gentle push, but we will move through the process as it suits you best.

If you are buying, we can chat on the phone at first or meet at my office to discuss what is on your "must have" list and we will discuss what area you would like to focus on, what style of house, size, price range, area amenities etc. We will also discuss your financing and I can direct you to a mortgage broker or one of my contacts at one of the major lenders. Having your financing arranged before you begin to actively look for a house, is the best way to ensure that you are well prepared. Knowing your budget will allow you and I to focus on finding the right house and we can act on it should it be a right fit for you.

I will be able to help you retain a lawyer, hire home inspector and even contractors, plumbers, pool installers, decorators and more!

If you are selling, we will likely begin with me coming to see your property and from there we will review the most recent sales for homes that are in your area and similar to yours. We will establish a range of value and then I will advise you as to what list price is best to help you maximize your investment.

If you are priced well you have a greater chance of achieving the price you want. Price too high and you put yourself at a disadvantage and more often that not, end up selling your home for less that you could have had you been priced realistically. I will help you to determine what you need to do to prepare for sale. I can direct you to a home stager and together we can ensure that your home is move in ready. I will ensure that your home is on MLS.ca, advertised nationally and locally. Your home will be featured in a variety of publications.
